Where does The Waggy Tails ship?

WT ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above $60! Under $60 our standard shipping is a flat fee is $5 for domestic orders. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select $20 Jog (2-3 business days) for domestic orders shipping at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We offer three shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Expected delivery times are listed below:

Walk: 5-10 business days - $5 or Free on orders over $60

Jog: 2-3 business days - $20

If you are International, your order will arrive in your country of destination within 2-3 business days. However, once it has arrived it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.

How can I check the status of my order?

Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to Support@thewaggytails.com

Returns

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

•Custom or personalized orders

What if my item breaks or becomes damaged?

If your item breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect, we are happy to replace it or offer a store credit. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unable to take this item back.
